Creative Ambition welcomes creative/cultural organisations, and educators to discuss how we can create an environment for young people to engage in meaningful and progressive, training and employment within the creative and cultural sector.
Date: 02/07/2022 – 02/07/2022
During the afternoon event there will be presentations from Jennie
Godsalve, Creative and Cultural Skills, and case studies from Louise
Barnell, Create Jobs/A New Direction, and Holly Burton, London Transport
Museum; demonstrating the breadth of opportunities that we can provide
for young people. The presentations and case studies will be
interspersed with discussions on how educators and creative/cultural
leaders, together, can cultivate education/training opportunities and
routes to employment for young people in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME FROM GREENWICH, SOUTHWARK AND LEWISHAM.
Creative Ambition takes place in The Gallery of The Woolwich Centre and is fully accessible.
This event is free and part of Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark Arts Award Network. How to use Arts Award to create bespoke apprenticeships will be part of the discussion.
