Arts Council England is currently conducting consultation on a ten year plan from 2020 2030. Please join us to be part of the Lewisham conversation on Weds 11 April from 1 - 2.30pm at the Civic Suite in Catford.
Date: 09/12/2024 – 09/12/2024
Time: 13:00
Whether you’ve never directly received funding from Arts Council England, or you are already part of a National Portfolio Organisation, it’s very likely that the decisions made by the policy-makers at ACE affect how you work or will make, produce, support and enjoy art and culture in the next decade. Now is your chance to get some input into the thinking of the policy-makers. Right now ACE is undertaking a national consultation on what its priorities should be in their next ten year plan. This plan will be announced at the end of 2019 and take effect in 2020 – 2030.
Join What Next Lewisham for a conversation which will be written up and sent to ACE in time for their deadline 12th April. What Next as a national movement has been invited to contribute to the process in the form of chapter conversations informed by our locality. As we’re a relatively new chapter, and in the light of our own Lewisham Cultural Strategy being worked on, we thought this was an ideal way to bring some new faces and names into the conversation for both.
Date and Time: Wednesday April 11, 13.00-14.30
Location: Civic Suite, Catford Rd, SE6 4RU
