Discover what happened when 14 Lewisham Year 10 students were given the opportunity to embark on a creative group work experience week facilitated by LEAN.
The students interacted with local arts organisations – The Albany, Catford Broadway, Teatro Vivo and LAMDA. They experienced taster talks and workshops from industry professionals, and by the end of the week, successfully designed their very own Arts Festival! This immersive experience opened their eyes to various careers in the theatre and creative industries.
LEAN is delighted to announce, thanks to Arts Council Funding we will be running Army of Creative again in 2025. Two further work experience weeks will focus on Theatre and Visual Arts & Craft careers.
