About this event

Getting through the hiring process, finding great people, and managing them effectively can be challenging! Come along to this workshop to find out what to do (and what not to do) to avoid pitfalls, drama, and disappointment as you start to hire your first freelancers, part-time, or full-time staff to support your business growth.

During the workshop you’ll take steps towards devising the perfect hiring process, and we’ll discuss a range of apps and tools to aid productivity, so you are able to manage both your business, and your team efficiently! In addition to this, we’ll explore a range of places to hire staff, and we’ll discuss the range of different payroll systems available to help you get set up and ready to welcome your new hires.
