LEAN Privacy Policy and Data Protection

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) come in to force on 25 May 2018. We have updated our Privacy Policy and you can read and/or download it from this page.

We take your privacy very seriously and are extremely concerned to protect your privacy and confidentiality. We know that all of you who interact with LEAN wish that their data is only used for the purposes you intend it to be used and will not accidentally fall into the hands of a third party, just as we would expect for our own data.

We have audited all the personal data that we hold and we are doing a major spring clean. We are also making it clearer about what we send you and why and give you opportunities to opt in to our various newsletters in a clearer way. If you have registered as a LEAN member you have already had the chance to decide what you receive from us and can change this at anytime by using your member login.

You may have a relationship with LEAN through another means than membership - although membership is free and a great way of keeping on top of opportunities for the Lewisham Arts Learning sector! You might have come to one of our events, been part of a project or contacted us directly with a question. It is pretty likely that you consented to us contacting you in some way but we want to check you still want to hear from us.

If you receive direct communications from us, watch out for our invite to opt in to:

LEAN Youth Arts Bulletin,

LEAN Early Years Newsletter,

LEAN Youth Arts Network Newsletter,

LEAN Primary Age Arts Bulletin,

LEAN Arts Newsletter for Teachers

Members receive our Monthly General Bulletin by opting to receive it when registering.
