Supervision Skills

An increasing number of managers find themselves managing people with little or no formal training in supporting people and staff supervision.

This Voluntary Action Lewisham half day course will provide you with an overview of best practice in supervision, using a framework that is useful when supervising staff. It will address the role and function of supervision, suggest a range of supervision models and address a range of common issues facing those that supervise staff.

Course fees are £15 for VAL Full Members, £23 for VAL Associate Members, and £30 for non members from any borough.
